Our products ship from our distribution centres located in Matraville NSW and West Melbourne, the next working day after full payment is received.
All furniture products ship flat packed and require assembly. Appleby & Co works with several 3rd party carrier partners to provide the most efficient delivery service with the most reasonable price and quickest service. Please note that all carriers deliver to the first floor only. They are not able to assist with taking furniture up stairs, into specific rooms or with assembly and do not remove old furniture or appliances. Our orders ship with 'Authority To Leave' as standard however deliveries will only be left at the premises if the delivery driver at the time considers it is safe to do so. If no one is home and it is deemed there is nowhere safe to leave the parcel, a calling card will be left to advise on how to contact the carrier to arrange to take delivery. Tracking is provided for all orders and transit time varies depending on your location, we suggest checking the tracking information on the carriers website for updates and delivery date estimates.
Item that weigh 20 kg or less and are under 1M in length will be typically dispatched with eParcel that is Australia Post’s Internet enabled freight system.
Each parcel will carry a barcoded address label and you will be able to view the location of
your item at various points in the delivery process via Australia Post’s online tracking tool.
When your order is dispatched, you will be given a consignment number.
You can use the number to track your order at the Australia Post’s website.
For item that weighs below 22kg with a lower cost than eParcel, the item will be dispatched with Fastway. You will receive an email confirmation of your order including a tracking number, as soon as your orders are dispatched. Fastway provides reliable courier distribution service across Australia. Their comprehensive fleet and professional team will ensure items delivered safely to your door.
Parcels dispatched with Fastway are collected from our premises on a daily basis. Each parcel will carry a barcoded address label and you will be able to view the location of your item at various points in the delivery process via Fastway’s website.
A non- PO Box address is required for Fastway’s delivery. If you fail to provide the correct information, your parcel will not be dispatched until the accurate information is received by our customer service team.

Parcel that weighs over 22 kg will be dispatched with Allied Express, Direct Freight Express depending on the size, weight and delivery location. We will select the most efficient carrier for each order and advise you of the tracking informatioin and carrier upon despatch
Parcels that are oversized or in excess of 30kg or are outside the network of these carriers will be shipped either with Toll or Hunter Express. Tracking will be provided in the same way and items can be tracked using your consignment / tracking number on either the Toll website https://www.tollgroup.com/toll-tracking or the Hunter Express website https://www.hunterexpress.com.au/home
Please note that heavy items above 30kg and oversized items such as awnings will often require tail lift freight services and will typically take between 8-15 business days to be delivered depending on the delivery address. In some cases it may not be possible to deliver to your door if truck access is limited and you may need to make arrangements to collect the goods from the carriers depot by van / ute etc.
