This policy explains how change-of-mind returns, damaged items, faults and warranties are handled in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
We offer a 30-day change-of-mind return option from the invoice date, subject to the conditions below.
Change-of-mind returns are not a standard service and are assessed in accordance with this policy.
To be eligible for a change-of-mind return:
You must notify us in writing within 30 days of the invoice date
The item must be:
Unopened and unused
In original, undamaged packaging
Complete with all accessories, manuals and components
Clear photos must be provided to confirm eligibility
All returns must be approved before being sent
Returns sent without approval, or to an address other than the one provided, will not be accepted.
Change-of-mind returns are not accepted for:
Bulky or freight-intensive items, including furniture, flat-pack items, oversized or heavy products, palletised goods or items not suitable for standard parcel post
Furniture that has been assembled, partially assembled, disassembled, or where assembly has been attempted
Bedding and linen (including pillows, sheets, duvet or quilt covers, mattress protectors)
Health and personal care products
Items in vacuum-sealed, blister or sealed hygiene packaging
Any item that has been used, repackaged, damaged or is not in resaleable condition
If a change-of-mind return is approved and passes inspection:
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 business days
The following will be deducted:
Original outbound shipping costs
Return shipping costs (if arranged by us)
A 15% restocking fee (minimum $15)
Refunds are not issued until the item has been received and inspected.
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us as soon as reasonably practicable after delivery.
To assess the issue, we require:
Photos of the outer packaging (including any visible damage)
Photos clearly showing the damage to the item
Late notification or insufficient evidence may limit the remedies available.
Where possible, replacement parts will be provided. If the issue cannot be reasonably resolved, a replacement or refund will be offered in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Please do not dispose of packaging or return items unless instructed.
All products are covered by Australian Consumer Law.
In addition, we provide a 12-month warranty for domestic use, unless otherwise stated.
If you believe an item is faulty, please contact us within a reasonable time after becoming aware of the issue and provide:
A description of the fault
Supporting photos or video
All claims are assessed individually. Where a fault is confirmed, the appropriate remedy (repair, replacement, parts replacement or refund) will be determined in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Where possible, replacement parts will be supplied in preference to full replacement or return.
Warranty does not cover damage or faults caused by:
Normal wear and tear
Incorrect assembly or installation
Misuse, abuse or neglect
Failure to follow care or usage instructions
Exposure to unsuitable weather or environmental conditions
Accidental damage
Commercial or non-domestic use (unless stated)
Unauthorised modifications or repairs
Consumable items and accessories are excluded unless stated otherwise.

Lighting conditions
Photography
Natural material variation
These variations do not constitute a fault or “not as described” claim.
